Since its foundation, the Institute has promoted experiences with Ayahuasca and other sacred forest medicines, always guided by deep theoretical and practical foundations.

Vinicios de Souza De Conti

President of Instituto Religare

​

Vinicios de Souza De Conti is an industrial engineer and Lean Six Sigma specialist (Black Belt) who worked for years as a project specialist in the automotive industry, leading strategic initiatives in performance improvement, cost reduction, and organizational transformation.

 

Graduated from PUCPR, he built a solid corporate career, developing logical thinking, discipline, process management, and data-driven decision-making. During this time, he gained extensive experience in leadership, mentoring, and human development within large organizations.

 

Parallel to his professional career, he maintained a deep pursuit of spiritual knowledge. Raised in an evangelical church, at the age of nine he received a prophecy that would shape his life’s path.

 

In recent years, he has immersed himself in initiatic spirituality, symbolism, personal magnetism, Rosicrucian studies, esoteric traditions, and the shamanic path.

 

For over four years, he has worked with Ayahuasca within traditional and institutional contexts, integrating rationality, faith, and practical experience.

In 2026, he completed the Samekey (Samakei) — the traditional Yawanawá spiritual diet — in the heart of the Amazon rainforest. For 30 days, he underwent strict physical, dietary, and social restrictions, living one of the most profound experiences of his spiritual journey.

 

Samekey is a rite of endurance and strengthening of the will. During this period, he faced silence, discipline, isolation, and rituals conducted by Yawanawá leaders under the guidance of Chief Matsini. This experience marked a definitive transition between theory and practice — between studying spirituality and living it fully.

Today, as president of Instituto Religare, Vinicios brings together:
